Job Requirements

Job Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop innovative, efficient, 100% bug-free .NET websites and database driven web applications that surpass our client's expectations
- Work with the Design Department to design and build compelling high quality solutions
- Shape the details of a project by providing cutting edge techniques and technologies
- Manage deadlines and execute on-time and on-task
- Stay current with browser, production tool, and technology advancements
- Act as a technical/tactical resource for the creative teams
- Help to refine and improve the production process
Experience:
- Bachelor's degree preferred with a minimum of three years experience in a digital/production environment, or the equivalent combination of work experience and education
- Experience in a client-service environment preferred
- Microsoft .NET 2.0 and 3.5 technologies (VB.NET, C#, ADO.NET, ASP.NET)
- Development of applications using SQL Server 2000/2005/2008 as the database backend, including development of stored procedures and a working understanding of Enterprise Manager, Query Analyzer and other MS SQL tools is required
- Experience with web development technologies is critical, including knowledge of IIS, VBScript, C#, JavaScript, XHTML, DOM, and COM
- Understanding of OOP, web optimization practices and examples to prove it

Adcetera is in the market for an experienced outside sales professional to work as part of our business development team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of outside sales experience, and will have the proven ability to develop, lead and manage sales efforts in a fast-moving creative agency setting. You should be highly motivated, a self starter, and have a keen understanding of business fundamentals. You should have an outgoing, friendly personality, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and potential clients.
This is a highly competitive, commissioned position; compensation is based on results. Up to 25 percent travel should be expected. Paid health insurance, available dental and vision, retirement plan.

Senior Motion Designer
The Senior Motion Designer is responsible for developing spectacular creative for clients and internal audiences. Involvement is critical in all phases of the design process, including concept development, storyboarding, animation, graphic design, and production. Works created span a variety of mediums and types including Internet video, animated shorts, trailers, product demos, digital signage and post-production.

Experience:
