Experienced Marketing / Advertising Agency Sales Professional
Adcetera is in the market for an experienced outside sales professional to work as part of our business development team. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of outside sales experience, and will have the proven ability to develop, lead and manage sales efforts in a fast-moving creative agency setting. You should be highly motivated, a self starter, and have a keen understanding of business fundamentals. You should have an outgoing, friendly personality, and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and potential clients.
This is a highly competitive, commissioned position; compensation is based on results. Up to 25 percent travel should be expected. Paid health insurance, available dental and vision, retirement plan.

Senior Motion Designer
The Senior Motion Designer is responsible for developing spectacular creative for clients and internal audiences. Involvement is critical in all phases of the design process, including concept development, storyboarding, animation, graphic design, and production. Works created span a variety of mediums and types including Internet video, animated shorts, trailers, product demos, digital signage and post-production.
Job Requirements
- Adobe Production Suite
- Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Fireworks
- 3ds Max
- Working with Creative Directors to design and build compelling high quality animations and video productions
- Utilizing conceptual and design skills to bring ideas to life
- Shaping the details of motion projects by providing cutting edge techniques and technologies
- Coordinating with programmers on integrating functions and objects into visual designs
- Managing deadlines and executing on-time and on-task
- Staying current with production tool and technology advancements
- Training Motion Designers in production best practices
- Delegating production tasks to Motion Designers
- Review of final output and source files
- Acting as a technical and tactical resource for the creative teams
- Helping to refine and improve the production process
Additionally, a BS, BA or AD degree is preferred with a minimum of three years experience in a digital / production environment, or the equivalent combination of work experience and education.
